     ‘Live in Frankfurt’ is the only one that’s officially released. Look around on any webshop that sells metal albums. It is either sold on its own as a DVD or packaged with the limited edition Digipack version of the album ‘Lurking Fear’.

   I am a long term fan of MD from Australia.
   I would just like to send a short message of thanks for your great music over the years and to congratulate you on your latest release, tales of a future past, which I have just recently purchased.
   An epic release, I love it, the listener gets taken on a journey, lots of ebbs and flows but still keeping the good ol’ heavy MD style.
   Well done and continue to make more great music in the future.
