| The video Mekong Delta has shot of the song 'King with broken crown' will also be seen here on the website somewhere in the upcoming weeks. Please keep an eye out for this great opportunity to see the first real video clip Mekong Delta has ever done! Also talks with MTV and Viva are in progress to show the video there. | New track ONLINE |
| Mekong Delta have decided which track(s) will be made available to the public. It's online from this moment on for all members to enjoy. So go to the Online Audio page for the new track. The track you will be able to listen to is a snippet from the entire album and is build up like this: Fade-in at the last tones of 'Intro - Concert Guitar' Straight through 'Ouverture' Followed by 'A Certain Fool (Le Fou) // Movement 1' Finishing with 'Interlude 1 - Group' and fade-out after 10 bars into 'The 5th Element (Le Bateleur) // Movement 2' This entire part of the new album has a total length of almost 8 minutes (7 minutes and 50 seconds). It will be made available on the Online Audio page coming weekend. Track is now available for any visitor to the site. Mekong Delta is pleased to hear you all like the new material. |

| Release date and artwork |
Here's the artwork for 'Wanderer on the edge of time'. It will be released on the 11th of June, 2010! This one was also created by Eliran Kantor (TESTAMENT, GWAR, SIGH, ANACRUSIS), who did the 'Lurking Fear' album as well. You can find a larger version of the artwork under the discography. The complete artwork will be added to the photo gallery this weekend. |

| Almost there... |
 The album is nearing completion. It has become clear that the story that began with one song (Shades of Doom), followed by half an album (Rondo for Rockgroup 'Dances of death') is continued as a full album on 'Wanderer on the edge of time'. More progressive than Mekong Delta has ever done, this album will definitely beat 'Dance of Death' as Mekong's finest. Martin's vocals are superb and the music on the album 'flows' like a stream. (I don't know how else to describe it). Mekong Delta is attempting to release the album in May, but there has been no confirmation of any date what so ever. Negotiations concerning distribution are still in progress... |

| First impression |
| I know many of you favor 'Dances of Death' as Mekong Delta's best work. Those of you who feel this way must prepare themselves. You probably want to reconsider your opinion after the new album is released. I'm privileged to have heard the instrumental version of 'Wanderer on the edge of time' and you will be amazed and surprised. From beginning to end this music will take you completely off this world (personal opinion) even though I haven't heard the vocals yet, but this can only make this even better. Some things are typically Mekong Delta as we know them, but there are parts in which Mekong Delta plays like they have never done before. I wish I could share it with you, but you'll have to be patient. Hopefully Mekong Delta will release a track to be placed on the website. Until then... (I just made things more unbearable for you all, didn't I?) |
